Presentation instructions at ICSTI 2024
Presentations are made in the United Kingdom using PowerPoint presentations and video recordings.
Presentations are made in the form of 3 minute video recordings.
Each presenter needs to prepare a presentation using the Microsoft PowerPoint application (using the committee's template).
Presenters can make presentation recordings using the Zoom application, Google Meet, or other applications that support it. The presenter must prepare the recording well to hear the voice clearly. (The position of the camera view can be adjusted; the most important thing is that it does not cover the text on the presentation)
The presentation video was uploaded to the presenter's Youtube account with the title ICSTI 2024 FKIP UST – Name – Presenter Institution and gave the hashtag #FKIPUST #FKIPUST-UNGGUL #ICSTI2024 #USTJOGJA #USTJOGJAUNGGUL
Make sure YouTube presentations are set to Unlisted Visibility.
Then, the presenter submits a YouTube link to the presentation recording and presentation slides (PPT) on the Google form: <google form link> by Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 15.00 WIB.
The parallel session will be carried out with a panel video recording of the presentation (playing three presentation videos at once) followed by a live question and answer session for 10 minutes. After this, the next participant's video will be played using the same technique.
Presenters are still required to attend the seminar in full and enter the breakout room in parallel sessions according to their respective rooms.
